Nexus Africa Limited (“Nexus Africa,” “we,” “us”) is a pan-African procurement advisory, training, and convening firm registered in Nigeria. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This policy is prepared with reference to the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (“NDPA”) and the NDPA General Application and Implementation Directive.

2. What We Collect

We collect personal data you provide directly through this site:

  • Contact form submissions (name, organisation, email, message).
  • NPS 2027 interest registrations (name, organisation, email, area of interest).
  • Newsletter sign-ups and toolkit downloads (name, email, and any tags associated with the toolkit or article you engaged with).

We do not knowingly collect special category data or data from children. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate, cookieless traffic measurement — it does not collect personal data tied to your identity.

3. How We Use It

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver requested toolkits, send NPS 2027 updates you’ve asked for, and — only where you’ve separately opted in — send our Insights newsletter. We do not sell personal data.

4. Third-Party Processors

We rely on the following processors to operate this site:

  • Resend — transactional email delivery for contact and NPS interest submissions.
  • Kit (ConvertKit) — newsletter delivery, toolkit delivery, and subscriber tagging.
  • Vercel — website hosting and cookieless analytics.

5. Your Rights

Under the NDPA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time (e.g. by unsubscribing from the newsletter). To exercise these rights, contact us at info@nexusafrica.net.

6. Retention

We retain contact and enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, and newsletter/toolkit data for as long as you remain subscribed.
